Lauren Olivia Benoit to wed Tyler Austin McKinzie in Oct.

Ronnie and  Lorena Tompkins of Madison along with Tim and Alana Benoit of Maurice, Louisiana, announce the engagment of their daughter Lauren Olivia Benoit to Tyler Austin McKinzie, son of Jim and Melissa Sherwood of Brandon and Steve and Sarah McKinzie of West Point.

The beautiful bride-elect is the granddaughter of both late Thomas and Evelyn Benoit of Berwick, Louisiana, and the late Kennon and Lorena Beadle of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

The prospective handsome groom is the grandson of Johnnie Lee and Yvonne Clark of Louisville, Bobby and Patricia McKinzie of Louisville and Monty and Diane Yates of West Point.

Miss Benoit is a 2016 graduate of Madison Central High School. She is employed at Gluckstadt Animal Hospital. McKinzie is a 2016 graduate of National High School and is employed by United Pipe in Jackson.

The couple will be married in October at The Lakehouse in Ridgeland with a reception to follow, by invitation only.
