2021 Summer Arts Camp is on for 4th through 11th grade
Madison Square Center for the Arts is presenting the 2021 Summer Arts Camp, which will be taking place from July 5 through July 16, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The camp is open for students going into the 4th through 11th grade.
Summer Arts Camp is a unique camp that offers classes in dance, art, music, drama and set design, enabling kids to find their own creative spirit through the visual and performing arts, culminating in a very special performance.
The big event happens on July 17 when every camper gets to be in the musical production, which is the grand finale to the camp.
Campers will move from class to class throughout the day in small groups with breaks for lunch and snacks. Class sessions include music, dance, set design, art, drama, theatre education and audition prep. Each day is wrapped up with musical rehearsals.
Camp participants are urged to bring a water bottle daily and wear clothes they can properly dance in, along with a packed lunch. Every camper will recieve a t-shirt.
Register for the camp by June 15th at 5 p.m., as camp capacity is limited. Tuition cost is $425, with a $25 family discount for each additional child. Click here to print and fill out registration.
