Mayor McGee declares May as "Bicycle Month"

Ridgeland Mayor Gene McGee recently signed a proclamation announcing May as Bicycle Safety Month.
The Mayor urges all residents as motorists or bicyclists to respect cycling and encourage safety on our trails and throughout our community.
Bicycling has a wide range of benefits for the cyclists, as well as the community at large, including saving money and time, reducing traffic and improving health and fitness.
