Man arrest man for clinic break-in

RIDGELAND — A Clinton man in custody in connection with a break-in at an allergy clinic on Highway 51 last Friday morning.

William Mack Hodge, 34, 905 Monroe Street in Clinton, was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building, Ridgeland Police said.

Lt. Brian Myers said that Hodge remains in custody on a $2,500 bond.

Myers said that he was arrested in relation to an incident reported on the morning of Friday, Dec. 11.

Myers said that the Mississippi Asthma & Allergy Clinic, P.A, 680 Highway 51, was broken into early Friday morning. There were several items stolen including construction tools.  

Hodge was developed as a suspect and taken into custody later that afternoon. 

Myers said the stolen items were recovered and will be returned to the owner.
