Susan Simmons Taylor

Susan Simmons Taylor, 65, of Madison died peacefully at home June 02, 2022. 

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday, June 6, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. 

Susan was born on September 21, 1956, the daughter of the late Shelton Douglas Simmons and Mary Julia Speer Simmons. She was a graduate of Mississippi State University. While at MSU, she served as a Sigma Phi Epsilon little sister. Mrs. Taylor retired from South Central Bell, after working in management and customer service for 26 years. 

She is survived by her husband, Terrance Adrian Taylor of Madison; son, Trent Taylor and his wife, Kim, of Madison; daughter, Cara Stevens and husband, Joshua, of Brandon; grandchildren, Finley and Declynn Stevens; sisters, Dale Martiniere and Lindy McCown of Magee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
